Shipping Policy – The Deco Dorm Canvas Cat Prints
Processing & Production Time
All of our Canvas Cat Prints are made to order, which means we begin producing your artwork as soon as your order is placed.
Each piece is printed with care using high-quality materials and gallery-grade canvas to ensure a crisp, vibrant finish.
🖼️ Production Time: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
📦 Shipping Time (U.S. Mainland): 5–10 business days after production
🌎 International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carrier processes.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Locations
We work with a select group of U.S.-based production partners that specialize in canvas printing. Your order will be shipped directly from the facility best suited for your location to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes other products (such as woven blankets or pillows), those items may be produced and shipped separately from your Canvas Cat Prints. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your delivery status.
If you don’t see your tracking email after a few days, please check your spam or promotions folder—or contact us at thedecodorm@gmail.com for assistance.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your canvas art arrives safely, but if your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at thedecodorm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of any damage and your order number so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues
If your package seems delayed, please first:
Verify your shipping address in the order confirmation email.
Check with your local post office or delivery carrier.
Ask neighbors in case your package was delivered nearby.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not controlled by The Deco Dorm and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
